Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Two sections now held together by wire, as visible in the catalogue illustration. Minor chips, scratches, abrasions, and small losses throughout, including to the limbs and accoutrements of some of the small figures, as partially visible in the catalogue illustration. The lock held in place with two metal spikes, original. Surface with some water staining in places, and dry encrustation. Exceptionally fine glossy patina, rubbed on the reliefs. Wall-mounted with wire.
