Condition Report:
Collaert album: The prints with narrow margins, in generally good condition, Pl. 31 with a few small surface losses at right edge. A few plates with occasional short repaired tears, thin areas at the corners and some further minor defects.

Philips Galle, The Four Evangelists: With narrow margins, New Holl. 235 trimmed to subject at left, in generally good condition, a few repaired tears and small thinned areas, a few minor stains and some foxing, other minor defects. New Holl. 237 with some small losses to image at left and right.

Johann Theodor de Bry The Country Fair after Hans Sebald Beham: With thread margins, trimmed to the platemark in places, in generally good condition, a few minor stains, repairs at sheet edges and slight rubbing along lower edge.

Philips Galle, The Misery of Human Life: With wide margins, some repaired tears with associated stains in the margins, a few minute wormholes in the margins, some foxing, stains and discoloration mainly in the margins, numbering in pen and ink at the upper sheet corners, other minor defects.

Galle, Ops (New Holl. 382): with small margins, in good condition, a few nicks at sheet edges, minor paper discoloration.

Aegidius Sadeler II, Cottage Partly Built on Piles near a Canal with a copy: Small to narrow margins, losses at lower left and upper right corners, made up and touched in with pen and ink, other minor defects. (The pears hand-coloured). Copy: Minor discoloration, a few ink stains verso.

Johan Wierix, Orpheus Charming the Animals: With narrow margins, in very good condition.
