Dance mask - Volta River - Africa

Author: Tribes near the Volta, Gulf of Guinea Burkina Faso.
Title of the piece: Bronze piece, possibly with three uses, cane, pipe and knife.
Very difficult piece to find of a very peculiar rarity. An expert in the area told us that they tend to be pieces that have several uses. The piece locates us in the area of the Gulf of Guinea near the Volta River.
We have not found anything other than a similar pipe but none of this quality.
It represents the head of an antelope gazelle with great quality made on its horns with a kind of piece of tree and on the tree a lizard or crocodile.

Frames outside the CCE will not be sent because customs creates many inconveniences. All our pieces are usually sent with a frame or glass, the breakage of this during transport is not our responsibility so it should be understood as a gift. All pieces with a frame should be understood that you bid on it without it. The partial breakage of the frame must be understood to happen, so please take this into account as the company will not be responsible. All our pieces are attributable to the painter, this is a conservative estimate unless a certificate from an expert appears that is reflected in photos.
Shipment
If the buyer does not receive the item due to not being attentive on several occasions and the item is returned despite our notice, the item will be kept until the customer pays for the shipping again. (Maximum of 3 months) Except for lack of responsibility if necessary. the delivery company responsible.
