SalvadorDalì1904 - 1989This six-volume edition of The Divine Comedy with one hundred illustrations by Salvador Dalì was printed in three thousand forty-eight copies. The seventh volume contains, divided into sections: Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso, the illustrations by Salvador Dalì. The edition of the following work consists of 100 copies from I to C printed by the Stamperia Valdonega of Verona on handmade paper by Fratelli Magnani of Pescia and enriched by a second series of all the plates. Ex. LXXXIII The engravings and plates were executed in Paris under the direction of Maestro Raymond Jacquet, on Rives paper. The binding was executed by Legatoria Torriani of Milan.
