Condition Report:
This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of handling and wear along the edges of the canvas, including scattered losses where the thick impasto has been rubbed by the prior frame. This likely occurred near the time of execution and while the paint was still wet. The impasto peaks are generally secure and intact, with a few resultant losses. There are scattered networks of hairline craquelure throughout the composition, some of which are slightly raised. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, the varnished surface fluoresces irregularly and there is no evidence of restoration. Unframed.
