Designed as an owl, the body set with a carved sapphire and the eyes set with step-cut sapphires, decorated with brilliant- and single-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold and platinum, signed Webb.

Condition Report:
Signed Webb for David Webb, inscribed PLAT and 18K for platinum and 18 karat yellow gold respectively. Carved sapphire weighing approximately 40.00 carats is light blue of medium saturation, with typical inclusions and abrasions. Emeralds weighing a total of approximately 1.00 carat is medium green of medium saturation, with typical inclusions and surface abrasions. Diamonds are bright and lively. Signs of wear to metal commensurate with use. Brooch size approximately 4.2 x 4.1cm, weighing approximately 25 grams in total. Overall in very good condition.
