Mostly large format. Some signed. Large collection of ground plans, elevations, interior wall panellings and sections of unidentified houses and estates designed by Jean-Baptiste de Dobbeleer. Includes 2 ground plans (ground floor and first floor) and a section of a house designed for Monsieur Bullens, dated 1808. The collection shows the wide array of the neo-classical architectural drawing practice at the dawn of the 19th century. Together with the other offered lots of this private collection, these drawings offer a look at the versatility of a successful Belgian architect-engineer. Prov.
