Other: Auro Cornelio Celso (25 A.C - 50 D.C.) was the most important surgeon of the first imperial age, so much so that the Roman Hippocrates or the Cicero of Medicine was considered. Of his numerous works mentioned by his biographers remains perfectly complete only the de medicine, which is composed of eight books to which the transcription of two short treaties follows: the De Medicina, of Serene Samonic and the De Ponderibus et mensuris, of Remnio do. In his masterly and clear he works a brief history of medicine from the Trojan war to AsclipeDe, to which books on the signs and symptoms of disease, a list of diseases that affect the body and all its individual parts, surgery General and that of the bone apparatus, etc. The text is enriched with numerous floral capile. The binding of the volume is in coeva leather with friezes and gold titles on the back.
