This gorgeous piece features a solid 18k rose gold 40mm round case finished with a bezel lined with glistening fiery white diamonds. The focal point is the stunning painted blue enamel dial painted with a special technique inspired by ancient Japanese calligraphy methods using an extremely fine powder of gemstones and precious stones mixed with ink. This process is extremely advanced and time consuming, as the artisan is required to create around 50,000 individual dots to complete a dial. This particular dial is painted with a celestial inspired design using powdered diamond, pearl, platinum, gold and lapis lazuli, and is finished with rose gold hour, minute and seconds hands. The case houses a self-winding 21 jewel movement and is mounted on a blue alligator band with rose gold tang buckle. The back of the piece features a skeleton case back and is numbered 01/01 and engraved "DeWitt" and "Classic" along with the gold purity and unique serial number. Length: 7.25" buckle to first hole, 8.75" buckle to furthest hole. Condition: The watch is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
