Contains a front-page printing of the Declaration of Independence, with facsimile autographs of the signers, as well as engraved portraits of 48 signers of the document. Produced for the centennial of the Declaration of Independence, this issue is quite striking in display and appearance.
Condition Report: Newspaper uncut. Horizontal and vertical folds, including some separation/small holes at some fold lines. Wear to front page, including toning, separation at central horizontal fold line, which extends from right edge to left. Front and back pages partially separated at central fold (from bottom edge upwards). Chipping and short tears/minor areas of loss along edges/corners.
