ppellation : \t. Cognac Grande Champagne Premier Cru Millesime : \t1979 It comes from a vineyard located in Malaville, within the Premier Cru of Cognac. Distilled by an owner - distiller, aged in the Delamain cellar for 30 years, Limousin oak barrel of 350 liters. Bottled in 2009. Aging cellar follows a very strict process of the Official Organ of Cognac Control (BNIC) , being sealed and only opened in the presence of an officer of the Organ just before and after bottling (to open the doors you need 2 keys, one in the hand of the controller another of the cellar) . Location on the banks of the Charente river, level of hygrometry perfect for the aging of Cognacs. Selection each year of small batches of freshly distilled Cognacs stored in oak barrels to keep their tipicity.
