Delenières et Cie - Limoges - Dinner set (25) - Limoges porcelain

[ translate ]

Very beautiful dinner service from the end of the 19th century from the Delenière et Cie factory, active under this name from 1895 to 1900.

This service is typical of the end of the 19th century in its form and decoration. All the pieces are scrolled and a very elegant laurel garland outlines the pieces.

The cut is magnificent and very fine. The ravines are rare due to their baroque shape.

The porcelain is of very high quality.

The stamp very close to that of Bernardaud is no coincidence, Delenière is the old name of the Bernardaud factory.

Delinières created its Limoges porcelain factory, under the name Rémi Delinières et Cie. In 1895 Delinières joined forces with a collaborator Léonard Bernardaud who became manager of the company in 1900, founding the company Bernardaud et Cie.

It is a very beautiful collector's item or to set your refined dinner tables, with an object that recounts an important moment in the history of Limoges porcelain.

The service is in very good condition. The garland decorations are intact, the gilding, faded, gives it an old-fashioned, almost rural charm.

It's made of :
9 dinner plates (diameter 24. 5cm)
7 dessert plates (diameter 21. 5cm)
6 soup plates (diameter 24. 5cm)
2 bowls (22. 5cm by 13. 5cm)
1 cup (diameter 24. 5cm, height 7cm)

Note a very discreet chip under a soup plate, and two under the cup (see photo) .

Secure shipping in a reinforced package, via colissimo with tracking and insurance up to the purchase value.
