Denuelle France hand painted porcelain cabinet portrait plate, circa 1820. A gilt ground to the edge chased with flowerheads and trellis, a finely painted portrait of a bearded philosopher to the center. Marked Denuelle Rue de Crussol a Paris to the underside in iron-red stenciled uppercase.
