Set of 6 sterling silver dessert forks with remnants of silver gilt, France, early 19th century Two hallmarks on the edge of the handle. Minerva 1st grade hallmark, Paris number 1. Silversmith’s mark: ‘PQ’ Traces of a pattern on top of the handle, front, photo 9. The forks have only remnants of silver gilt on the handles. Monogrammed on the front of the handles at the bottom. One fork has a small lack on the end of one fork tine, see photo 12. Some wear from use, but in very good condition relative to its age. Weight: 255 g, Size: 18 cm Lots of pictures.
