Detective Fiction Weekly #518 August 25, 1934 (Munsey) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white pages. Here is an outstanding FN/VF copy with an irresistibly intriguing skeleton cover by John A. Coughlin. Behind the cover we get the story "Feast of Skeletons," a crime tale that may just stumble down the streets of Weird and Macabre. That was author Anthony Rud's way of writing for Detective Fiction Weekly, using his eccentric private dick, Jigger Masters, to solve cases of the most bonkers kind. With only one copy graded higher in the CGC census, this is most likely one of the finest copies of the issue in existence. Bookery's Guide to Pulps: Revised Third Edition 2025 FN 6.0 value = $500; VF 8.0 value = $1,000. CGC census 9/26: 1 in 7.0, 1 higher.
