Un pendentif de forme ronde, figurant une jeune femme et un héron tenant une perle dans son bec sur un fond d’émail plique-à-jour, l'autre pendentif décoré d’une jeune femme tenant une pensée sur un fond d'émail plique-à-jour, le revers du pendentif ouvrable, on y joint une chaîne ornée de perles et de motifs floraux en émail plique-à-jour, dimensions des pendentifs 30 x 30 mm et 34 x 41 mm environ, longueur de la chaîne 560 mm environ, poinçon français d'import pour l'or 18K (750°/00), poids brut total 49.63 g, début du 20e siècle.

One pendant of circular design, figuring a young maiden and an heron holding a pearl in his beak, on a plique-à-jour enamel background, the other pendant depicting a lady holding a pansy on a plique-à-jour enamel background, the reverse opening, together with a chain set with pearls and plique-à-jour enamel motifs, pendants measuring approximately 30 x 30mm and 34 x 41mm, chain length approximately 560mm, French import assay mark for 18 carat gold, combined gross weight 49.63 grams; early 20th century.

Condition Report:
Unsigned. French import assay mark for 18 carat gold. Scratches throughout on gold and enamel consistent with age and wear and areas of discoloration to metal. Enamel worn off on several points and some enamel spillover on gold. Combined gross weight 49.63 grams.
