Very detailed development plan for North Sacramento at the start of the 1960's, as the massive changes begun at the end of the Second World War were gaining momentum. The large folding map is titles "Land Use Plan City of North Sacramento California 1960." Condition Report: A little sunning and wear to wrappers; very good.
