The shank is marked 14k but the gold tests a lower karat around 12k via XRF technology and acid. The ring with the black star sapphire is marked 18k but tests at 10k via acid testing and XRF technology. The black sapphire has some chipping present. The remaining two rings test as 14k with appropriate stamps and weigh a total of 15.50 grams. The diamonds appear to be VS clarity with minimal fluorescence, the smoky quartz measures 18.30 x 12.25 mm. The majority of rings shanks in this lot display evidence of previous sizing work.
