Love that pierce work and milgrain edge. The central diamond measures 3.50 mm in diameter. The rose-cut diamonds number 72 and the diameter ranges from 1.00 mm to 1.50 mm. Some diamonds fall in the VS clarity range. Completed by a pinstem and catch. Accompanied by a velvet-lined, fitted box signed La Esmeralda, Mexico, Paris. Unmarked, tests platinum.
