Bronze with a dark brown patina. Bears the inscription and date “NUSS 38” on the base; the side with the foundry mark “STRASSACKER / KUNSTGUSS SÜSSEN” and the quality mark “GÜTEZEICHEN KUNSTGUSS RAL”.
