Reverse is decorated with three hana-karakusa and comb-tooth band around the foot. Nabeshima ware is a type of Japanese pottery, specifically an unusually high-quality porcelain Arita ware. It was produced in Lord Nabeshima of Saga Domain's kiln at Okawachi near Arita. The Nabeshima used them themselves and gave them to other feudal lords as prestige gifts. Dimensions: diameter: 32 cm height: 9 cm Very good condition, there are minor signs of wear from age and normal use; for condition, please, take a look at pictures.
