Bronze and earth-coloured Chinese lacquer. Filleted in gilding.

It presents marks of use and some faults and damages.

This plate of poly-lobed profile in the shape of a lotus flower stands out for the profuse decoration in bas-relief of all its parts, both on the obverse and on the reverse. The background is decorated with a fully decorative scene of figures surrounded by architecture, bridges and vegetation. The rim of the dish repeats these vegetal motifs and has a gilt fillet that outlines and emphasises the lotus-flower shape.
