The Disney Store - Pair of Rescue Rangers Monterey Jack and Gadget Store Display Figures (Walt Disney, c. 1990s-2000s). Here is a wonderful pair of display figures created for select Disney Stores. Featured in this lot are Monterey Jack and Gadget from the TV series, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. Monterey Jack, or Monty as his friends call him, serves as the group's "muscle". Gadget is the smart one, her curiosity and fearlessness drive her to find solutions that others have simply overlooked. These figures served as actual displays in The Disney Store and were never sold to the public. Incredibly popular with customers, these oversized characters inspired the highly collectible Disney Big Figs sold throughout the late 90s and early 2000s. This group of fiberglass figures includes Monty at 19" x 20 and Gadget measuring 14" x 9". These very rare store props exhibit typical wear from their use and removal. Despite minor chips, scuffs and scratches, they present beautifully and are real attention grabbers. Monty and Gadget's tails were designed to be removed for shipping and are a little loose.
