The Disney Store - Country Musician Mickey Mouse Character Display Figure (Walt Disney, c. 1980-90s). From the Disney Store based in Boston, MA, this is a fantastic Mickey Mouse character display figure donning sequins and jamming the guitar. This cowboy Mickey is a must-have for any Disney collector or country music fan. This piece served as an actual display in The Disney Store and was never sold to the public. Enormously popular with customers, these oversized characters inspired the highly collectible Disney Big Figs which were sold exclusively through Disney retail stores, parks, and catalogs throughout the late 90s and early 2000s. This fiberglass figure measures approximately 25" tall and 16" wide. This rare store prop exhibits typical wear from its use and removal. This figure has been given a different outfit than the original display, and there has been some professional paint restoration. The body is designed to sit on a horse or similar show element, and the guitar, hat, and sequin hat band are removable. The condition is Fair to Good.
