Hollywood Boulevard Disney Store - "Musical Performers" Mural Original Painting Featuring 6 Characters (Walt Disney, c. 1990s). This jaw-dropping original painting is one of three made by Jody Daily in creating a large 3-wall mural within the Hollywood Boulevard Disney Store, adjacent to the historic El Capitan Theater. The painting contains 6 classic Disney characters interacting in a behind-the-scenes film production setting at the Walt Disney Studios. Hyacinth Hippo practices a dance routine while Ben Ali Gator observes, and The Reluctant Dragon, Willie the Operatic Whale, Clara Cluck, and Snow White record vocal tracks in the sound booth (just imagine what this group would sound like!) Painstakingly detailed, the acrylic painting is a true testament to the artistry of Jody Daily, and the level of quality that went into the Disney Store locations. The painting is composed of art paper adhered to board, and measures 21" x 10". It is in Very Good condition, with spots of minor surface wear throughout.
