Disneyland – Kevin Kidney Paper Model for Aracuan Bird in Mickey's Soundsational Parade (Walt Disney, 2010). This is an extremely rare paper sculpture used as a model for the popular Mickey's Soundsational Parade at Disneyland. The parade debuted in 2011 and celebrated various characters and songs from classic Disney films. This paper sculpture depicts the Aracuan Bird for the Three Caballeros float, and comes from Kevin Kidney's personal collection. It is made of hand-trimmed and assembled paper with a painted wooden stand. The base includes Kidney's notes on its use in the parade, and is signed. It measures 8" x 4" and 10" tall, and is in Very Good condition with minor surface wear from use and display. From the Personal Archives of Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily.
