Disneyland – Annette Funicello Stop-Motion Puppet by Kevin Kidney (Walt Disney, 2013). "Mister Piano Man, please. Tickle those ivory keys!" This is a hand-crafted paper stop-motion puppet of Annette Funicello by artist Kevin Kidney. Depicting a saucy Annette as seen in Disneyland's Golden Horseshoe Revue, this puppet was originally created to benefit the Annette Funicello Research Fund for Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological diseases. The puppet was further utilized by animator Bob Duane, who created a stop-motion short film of Annette performing her classic "Mister Piano Man" song. The stop-motion puppet is mounted in a frame and signed by Kevin Kidney along the backing board. The puppet measures 4.5" x 10" within the 12.25" x 15.25" and 2.75" shadowbox style frame.
