Disneyland - 50th Anniversary City Hall and Fire Station Model by Bob Olszewski (Walt Disney, 2004). Featured in this lot is a magnificent miniature of Disneyland's City Hall and Fire Station created by the acclaimed miniature artist Robert W. Olszewski. This miniature is the third one to be released in the Disneyland Main Street, USA collection. Released on June 26th, 2004, this fantastically detailed first edition of the 1/220th scale replica of the City Hall and the Fire Station was produced in very limited quantities and has been long-sold-out. These days the City Hall is a visitor center where guests can be informed about the park, file complaints, or leave a positive review of their visit. The Fire Station is where Walt Disney's private apartment was located, where he used to stay with his family, and featured in this miniature is a removable ceiling on the location, letting us peek into the otherwise hidden place. The base of this miniature measures 5.5" x 10" with the City Hall standing at 3.25" tall from its base. The sculpture has never been displayed and was opened for the first time for this description and photography. Untested. Sold as-is, without implied working condition.
