Disneyland/Disneyana (20th Century)
Disneyland – Main Street Window Display Mickey Coffin Prop (Walt Disney, 2009). This is an exceptionally rare Mickey Mouse coffin prop used in a Main Street window display during Disneyland's Halloween-time celebration. A fan-favorite depiction of Mickey is his vampire attire occasionally seen during Halloween time. Significantly rarer than a vampirical appearance of Mickey is this custom-created wooden coffin with a Mickey-eared bat emblem on the lid. The display was featured in the Park with lid half-open, revealing the blood-red lining inside to indicate Vampire Mickey was already out on the prowl. This fantastic prop includes the wooden coffin with removable lid, as well as the removable hand-painted dense foam platform. It measures 36" x 16" and 17" tall. The condition is Good, with small nicks and surface scuffs from use. HID09710052018 © 2022 Heritage Auctions | All Rights Reserved
