Disneyland – Opera House Matterhorn 42" x 29" Display (Walt Disney, 2008). This is a large print on particle board of concept art for the Matterhorn Bobsled attraction with the Skyway ride and the Monorail visible in the painting. This rare display piece was used in a Disneyland: The First 50 Magical Years exhibit at the Disneyland Opera House on Main Street USA in June of 2008. The Disneyland Opera House opened on April 8, 1973, taking the place of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. Located on the border between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland, Matterhorn Bobsleds opened on June 14, 1959. It is modeled after the Matterhorn mountain in the Swiss Alps. It is the first tubular steel continuous track rollercoaster ever constructed and thus an ACE (American Coaster Enthusiasts) Coaster Landmark.
