This Disneyland Park attractions poster, a vintage gem from the Art of Animation attraction, captures the magic and innovation of early Disneyland. Nestled within Tomorrowland's Circarama building, this attraction showcased Disney's animation prowess. The poster, a hand-pulled silk-screen print measuring 36" x 54", features a stunning design reflective of the early 1960s Disney aesthetic. It captures the essence of the Art of Animation, which opened shortly after the Satellite View of America's closure in early 1960, filling a sizable space not quite large enough for a major ride. The attraction, a walkthrough experience next to the main theater in Tomorrowland, offered guests a glimpse into the animation process. Its debut exhibit celebrated 1959's Sleeping Beauty, Disney's most expensive project at the time.
