Walt Disney World – Tomorrowland "Space Mountain" Cast Member Costume with Name Tag (Walt Disney, c. 2010s-20s). "You are cleared for launch!" From Disney World's thrilling and beloved indoor coaster, offered in this lot is a modern cast member-worn costume for Tomorrowland's Space Mountain attraction complete with name tag. Space Mountain first opened in the Magic Kingdom in 1975 and now has version operating at five Disney's six worldwide resorts, each noted for the iconic conical exterior façade. The current uniform of cast members working the Tomorrowland ride spotted as recently as January 2024, this costume consists of a gray shirt and pants with reflective silver trim for an interstellar appearance. The shirt is both tagged and marked in ink on the collar as a size M, and the pants are marked size 32 x 30 in ink on the interior waistband. The included name tag once belonged to Joe of Cheyenne, WY. With typical handling and wear expected of a park-worn costume including a few loose threads, slight fading, and light edge/surface wear to the name tag, overall this space-age uniform is in Very Good condition.
