German. 1940s. The blue Packard is marked "Made in U.S.-Zone Germany". Post-war German manufacturers were banned from exporting goods. Americans occupying the territories permitted the sale and export of toys so long as they were marked "Made in U.S. Zone Germany". This marking was used from the mid to late 1940s. The blue/green BMW is not marked. Marked, on underside of Blue Packard. Marked, "D", on the front and rear license plate of Blue/green BMW.

Packard: 3.25" x 9.5" x 4". BMW: 3" x 9.5" x 3.5".
Condition
Original keys included. BMW shows minor paint loss and scuffs to hood and seats and requires windshield. Packard shows spots of oxidation on chrome side plates. Original spare tire included. The clockwork motor tested and working.
