Carl Zeiss, Jena. Protarlinse VII 69 cm no. 160428 DRP 228677 and Protarlinse VII 59 cm lens DRP no. 173935; combined, they form the Double Protar 7/364 mm. The glass elements are clean under point light; mounted in a standard XII-1 barrel, iris diaphragm with millimeter scale, and retaining the original lacquer finish. Very good condition; includes screw-on mounting ring, and all lens elements move freely. – A practical tip: For maximum speed (aperture) with the diaphragm wide open, place the longer focal length at the front; for more uniform sharpness and stopping down, permute the position of the lenses.

Gläser unter Punktlicht sauber, in Normalfassung XII-1 und mit Irisblende in Millimeter-Skala, Zaponierung original erhalten. Sehr guter Zustand, mit Anschraubring, alle Linsen beweglich. – Ein Hinweis zur Praxis: Zur Anwendung maximaler Lichtstärke bei offener Blende vorne die längere Brennweite, doch für gleichmäßigere Schärfe und bei Abblendung die Linsen umtauschen.
