Provenance/Additional Info: This cotton circa 1930's Double Wedding Ring quilt is in excellent condition with no wear. The use of solid fabrics makes this one stand out from the traditional use of prints. The quilt may be Mennonite and is from southern Indiana. The quilt has a separate binding and is stitched down by hand and the hand quilting is 7 stitches per inch. There's a slight storage/age spot in the yellow. The size of the quilt with scalloped borders is a quite generous 80x95 inches. The backing is also a shade of yellow.
