Dresden Porcelain Potpourri Urns

DRESDEN PORCELAIN POTPOURRI URNS. Comprising a pair of large and impressive matching hand-painted Dresden porcelain potpourri urns. Each urn resting on a conforming four-footed plinth with socle base supporting a shaped urn form, each side with cartouche formed of applied flowers, the front painted with 18th century courting scenes, the verso hand-painted with floral bouquets. The sides set with bust form handles with vented neck mounted with fitted vented domed lid, with floral bouquets. The underside of each with blue glazed Dresden mark. Second half 20th century. Overall height 28.5 inches (72.5 cm).
