Literature

vintage solid brass jewelry casket manufactured by Drexel Heritage Accessories, produced as a high-end decorative reproduction during the late 20th century. Styled to mirror an 18th-century Indo-Persian or Deccani lost-wax cast box, it features a characteristic domed lid, distinctive fan-shaped sunburst panels, rope-braid borders, a central loop handle, and an integrated latch mechanism. Drexel Heritage specifically cast these heavy brass accents with a deep, dark oil-rubbed patina to authentically mimic the aged appearance of traditional tribal artifacts from regions like Odisha
