Certificate H. Vleeming: "Stamp on prepared paper and perforation genuine, gum original and MNH. Prepared paper means the second edition of this stamp, of which 55,000 sheets (of 200 stamps) have been sent to the Dutch Indies. Because of the hypersensitivity to moisture, this edition did not enter circulation and was most likely destroyed (please see NMP July/Aug. 1972) . Shiny lines on the front slightly discoloured, otherwise a very fine condition stamp without defects. Few copies have become known', dated 07-02-2019. In the literature, this stamp is referenced to as NVPH 181A. Printed on specially prepared paper with releasing colour. Mention of this stamp in NVPH catalogue with the ordinary NVPH 181: "very rare.
