Unfortunately, it was not possible to determine the exact name of the painter, on the back of the work, a sign is also visible. A. Serryus. Probably a family member of the painter Serruys, could not be found, perhaps a relative or predecessor of Yvonne Serruys. In any case, both the painting and the frame are a specifically museum piece. The painting was not put in order so long ago, and was cleaned. Therefore, it is in perfectly good condition, quite thin hairline cracks can be seen on it with a magnifying glass but without a magnifying glass they are not disturbing.
