Brass 30-hour three train movement with arched Brass plates features a carved wooden dial with Oak leaves at the center and porcelain hour markers with Roman numerals, announces the hour with a melody played on five horns, counts the hour on a coiled gong, carved Oakleaf pendulum bob. Carved Walnut case with a pediment top features a carved Stag's head with an Oakleaf crest, surmounting hanging game and long rifles flanking a door which opens to reveal a German horn player automaton, with a scrolled lattice fence and lower Oakleaf skirt with dog's head and scrolled pack panel. Partial paper label on bellows.
