EARLY 19th CENTURY GILT BRASS HORSE HOOF INKWELL
Early 19th Century heavy gilt brass desk inkwell in the shape of a horse hoof. Fine engraving, horseshoe and hoof frog well detailed. Swivel top lid with brass ring. Original “Bristol Blue” glass insert with gilt rim. Height 3 1/2" overall. Max Diameter at base 3 1/4". Weight 800 grams.
