Replaced sails and mast, but paint looks original, four lead wheels, very nice design and color combination. Probably early 1900's, and most likely German. Some paint scratching and loss inside haul but overall excellent. Very unusual boat with extremely nice appeal. Condition: (Excellent). Dimensions: 18" x 16" x 6".
