American (Newark, NJ), early 20th century. A mesh style with hinged frame accented by a sapphire cabochon clasp with strap featuring engraved slide, finished with a seed pearl adorned tassel. A smaller purse clasped to interior. Each piece marked to interior frame, 14k and arrowhead maker mark.
