EIGHT PAIRS OF ROCOCO-STYLE CHINESE EXPORT OR BRITISH COLONIAL SILVER OPEN SALTS AND PEPPER SHAKERS 19th Century

Pseudo British marks. Pierced salt bowls supported by putti, on conforming pierced feet. Heights 5.25". Pear-form shakers with floral finials and weighted feet. Heights 6.5".

Condition: Salts have seven clear glass liners (not original). Most salts with spots of black silver rot on interior of bowls. Two of the salts have putti holding quivers instead of an extended arm. One has a bow, the other does not. Most shakers with shallow dents along foot rims. Not every cover fits every shaker. The total weight is approx. 102.8 troy oz.
