The manuscript document is a Decree to the Chancellery of Estates, stating ` On this date, the five hundred roubles delivered from Our Estate Chancellery to Our chamber are to be accepted´. Also bearing a contemporary handwritten annotation at the base saying ` To be recorded in the book; the entry of payment to be presented; a copy of this decree to be given.´ Paper with a CAW watermark. Uneven upper edge, slightly and cleanly clipped. Small overall minor age wear. G to VG
