A RARE ICON SHOWING CHRIST PANTOKRATOR WITH A CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL OKLAD Russian, 19th century (icon), Russian, Moscow, 1885 (oklad) Tempera on wood panel, the reverse covered with velvet. The halo gilded, chrysography. The silver oklad repoussé and applied with cloisonné enamel plaques. The oklad marked with city mark, assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark. Vertical crack, the edges damaged, partially restored. The enamel plaques later added. 31.5 x 27 cm.
