The oval shaped body resting on four scroll feet, the sides applied with foliage and two cartouches supported by lions with coronet above, with two foliage handles, the domed and fluted cover with finial formed as vegetables including artichoke, peas and mushrooms and a lizard and crayfish, the stand with molded and foliage rim, fluted border and garlands, with liner, marked on stand, body, liner and cover, the body stamped Puiforcat à Paris. Stand length 19 in. Width 13.5 in. Tureen length 15 in. Width 9.5 in. 236 Troy oz.
