Rectangular box with rounded edges, the cover and base with fine, white enamelled stripe-decor, the front enhanced by a line of graduated calibré-cut sapphire baguettes totalling ca. 4.80 ct, the thumb-piece with 1 small diamond. The inside with hand engraved dedication: Ouderkerk New York, Once we dreamt we were strangers. Enamel with slight traces of use. London import marks, no. 53362. Ca. 7,8 x 4,3 x 1,1 cm.
