English coin, 22k and 10k yellow gold, and sapphire pendant necklace. The pendant centering a 1913 22k gold sovereign featuring King George V on the front and St. George slaying the dragon en verso. The coin prong set into a sunburst motif frame which containing (12) dark blue sapphires weighing approximately 2.00 total carats. The pendant suspended from a 26", 4.8mm wide filigree necklace with a spring ring clasp. Chain stamped '10k'.
