Condition Report:
Examined in the frame. Oil on canvas in original unlined condition. Surface dirt and dust and a few scattered accretions, with areas of discolored varnish. Small diagonal loss at upper left; a small circular loss at lower left corner; and a few isolated pin dots of loss. Minor abrasion to left of dog's front proper right paw. Some isolated craquelure near the edges. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. No apparent issues. Offered in a simple gold frame. Ready to hang in its current state.
